Filed under: irish food and drink — admin @ 9:34 am

Are you and your kids are feeling bore with your traditional serving menu? Are you looking desperately to offer more options to the kids for choosing homemade dishes so that they could eat well? Most moms complain about the kids that they don’t eat well even the well prepared dishes. Some mothers complain that kids always demand something new to eat and as they are working so they don’t get enough time to match this demand. A small pack of cream canisters can solve this problem. I was introduced to this amazing solution just couple of years back by one of my friend. It changed my entire cooking experience; today, I can say that to introduce variety in options that we can cook and serve is not a tough task -even for working ladies.

Lean cuisine herb roasted chicken

Lean cuisine frozen meals are considered a diet conscious pre-made frozen dinner. Since the product is named lean cuisine they must follow a FDA mandate stating that any meal using the word lean must be under a certain amount of fat and trans fat .  this gives them a great niche in an industry that now seems to be pushing weight loss and weight management to new level.
My next meal is the lean cuisine herb roasted chicken. This meal states that it comes a creamy herb sauce, roasted potatoes and vegetables. Before i get into the meal here is the nutritional information: Serving: 8 oz Calories: 180 Fat: 5% 3.5g Cholesterol: 11%, 35mg Sodium: 23%, 540mg Protein: 18g Carbohydrates: 7%, 20g Fiber: 12%, 3g
I am a huge fan of chicken and potatoes, must be my country upbringing but the two just seem to go hand in hand. Lean cuisine doesn’t disappoint with this meal. Now beware this meal takes around 10 minutes to cook at half power but its worth he wait. The sauce for this dish is very ... Read more
